TEA RECIPES
ORANGE GREEN TEA SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 4 Green Tea Bags
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Directions
- Pour boiling water over Green Tea Bags, cover and brew 1-1/2 minutes. Remove Tea Bags and squeeze. Stir in sugar and chill.
- In blender, process tea, orange juice, banana and ice cubes until blended.
LEMON ORANGE TEA PUNCH
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 cups orange juice
- 2 cups chilled sparking water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 medium orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tea Bag
- Pour boiling water over Tea Bag; cover and brew 5 minutes. Remove Tea Bag and squeeze bag. Stir in honey; chill.
- Combine tea, orange juice, sparkling water and lemon juice in large pitcher; stir in fruit. Serve over ice. Garnish, if desired, with mint.
BERRY MERRY ICE TEA
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 Black Tea Bags
- 250g frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 cup chilled sparkling water
Directions
- Pour boiling water over Black Tea Bags; cover and brew 5 minutes. Remove Tea Bags and squeeze.
- Process tea, berries and orange juice in blender. Pour into serving pitcher; add sparkling water. If desired additional berries and orange slices.
MINT ICE TEA
Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 4 Tea Bags
- 1 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
- 2 cups water
Directions
- Pour boiling water over Tea Bags and mint. Brew 5 minutes. Remove Tea Bags and mint. Stir in ice water and chill until ready to serve. Serve in ice-filled glasses and sweeten as desired.
